Atelier Cologne is the story of a love.
The love between Sylvie and Christophe, the founders of the brand, and their mutual love for Eau de Cologne, the classical "Kölnisch Wasser", which long ago began its triumphal journey from Cologne to the rest of the world.
The two French met in New York and immediately discovered their mutual love for the refreshing fragrance of Eau de Cologne, but at the same time they felt it was such a shame that the fragrance faded so quickly and did not last on their skin very long. So they decided to develop their own Colognes, always keeping in mind that the fragrances should be pleasant to smell, but at the same time have an exceptionally longevity. This was the birth of the "Cologne Absolues".
