Click & Meet

According to the currently valid Corona Protection Ordinance, we will be able to advise you personally in our shop again from March 8, 2021.

 

To do this, it is essential to make an appointment in advance, for us to record contact data and to limit your stay for a fixed period of time. We therefore ask you to observe the following information:

 

  • Due to the size of our boutique, we can currently advise a maximum of 2 people at the same time.
    For your own safety, we ask you to reserve alone or with a maximum of 1 other person from your household or your contact group, as we cannot guarantee the necessary distance between the both of you when you visit us.
     

  • A medical surgical mask, FFP 2 / KN95 mask (without valve) or similar must be worn in the shop during your visit. Unfortunately, no access can be granted with an everyday mask. During the fragrance consultation, the mask may only be removed or pulled down briefly - and in compliance with the minimum distance of 1.5 m to other persons - to smell the fragrance and must then be worn correctly again immediately.
     

  • Due to the valid regulation, we are obliged to record the name, address and telephone number of every customer who visits us for easy traceability. The handling of your data is subject to the statutory provisions and our data protection declaration.
     

  • There is no self-service in our boutique. The fragrances can be tested on the fragrance strips presented by us or on the skin. For hygienic reasons, it is not allowed to smell at the bottle directly.
     

  • We have 30 minutes slots for the consultation. Longer consultations often don't make sense, as your ability to smell the fine nuances will be decreasing over time. Of course, you don't have to use all of the time if you have decided on a fragrance earlier 😉
     

  • If you already know which products you want to buy, please use the Click & Collect option in our online shop or write us an email. In this case, please do not book an appointment for Click & Meet.
